Sescom will manage maintenance services at New Balance facilities

We are closely monitoring the Facility Management industry: our observations show that the FM market is doing well and its potential is growing all the time. It is safe to say that Europe has awakened from the lethargy related to commercial lockdowns, which is reflected in subsequent contracts that we sign with international brands operating in the retail industry, both in Poland and abroad.

The number of projects we carry out is growing, which translates into an increase in revenues. According to our latest data, sales in March were higher by 31% compared to the same month last year and by 56% compared to this year’s February. In the first half of this year, we plan to increase the total value of contracts by another PLN 6-8 million year-to-year.

The New Balance brand has recently joined the group of our partners. The scope of cooperation includes Facility Management services for New Balance’s store network in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium and Austria.

New Balance is an American company with 115 years of tradition that is now one of the most popular brands of sports footwear in the world. Initially, the company produced shoe inserts; 30 years later it created its first professional running shoes. Year by year, New Balance is constantly expanding its assortment with new footwear, sports and lifestyle clothing and accessories.

“FM has to follow all technical developments – it has to actively support the business and respond to current trends. It is important to use technologies to deliver value that meets the needs of customers in a changing environment. The key is to ensure constant efficient operation, provide tools and knowledge to better control the business, increase efficiency (including energy efficiency) and reduce costs. It is all about predicting events or failures before they occur, so that nobody is surprised. We are pleased that another global company, New Balance, joins the group of our customers, thus showing that the tailored Sescom services best meet the company’s FM needs” says Sławomir Halbryt, president of Sescom S.A.

As part of the technical maintenance management of New Balance facilities, we have become the general contractor and we will fully coordinate the project. We will take care of the maintenance of HVAC and electrical installations, as well as automatic doors and roller shutters. Our tasks also include the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and general construction services – thus ensuring the comfort and safety of people staying in New Balance stores.

“When we start working with a customer, we always focus on their individual needs. Our IT system SES Support allows our customers to manage the entire process – from receipt of the notification, through planning and coordination of activities, communication, to reporting and data analysis. We will also use such a solution in cooperation with the mobile version of SES Mobile with New Balance. This will allow us to fully control all tasks and to constantly monitor the progress of execution” – says Sławomir Halbryt, president of Sescom S.A.

Sescom relies on many years of experience, cooperating with over 350 customers from 25 European countries – last year alone, over 110,000 activities in the field of traditional and modern FM were performed, including the maintenance of over 120,000 devices. Our customers are tangible proof that Sescom is developing both on the domestic market (the company is one of the largest suppliers of FM technical services in Poland) and abroad, and is a reliable and professional business partner.

“We are prepared for the challenges our customers will face. We support Facility Management by providing technical check-up services and innovative technological solutions. Individually designed solutions not only ensure the maintenance of facilities in terms of technical efficiency, but also ensure an increase in energy efficiency and optimization of operational and auxiliary processes, based on loT, RFID, and in the near future on xG, or AI and ML in the Data Driven process” assures Sławomir Halbryt, president of Sescom S.A.
