Sescom acquires the British company PCB Technical Solutions Limited

We have acquired 100 percent of shares in PCB Technical Solutions Limited. The acquisition will allow us to expand our operational capabilities in the UK. The step follows Sescom’s strategy of the “Wise Futurist”, one of the goals of which is for our company to become the first-choice supplier of Technical Facility Management services in main European markets.

The acquisition of PCB is associated with our cooperation with new retail customers in the UK, and will help us extend the group’s existing international contracts to the British market. A challenge allowing for faster growth, adding energy management and facility asset management services to PCB’s portfolio is our next step now.

PCB Technical Solutions Limited has been operating on the market for over 10 years. It offers services in the field of technical maintenance of commercial and industrial facilities, and implements installation projects for the retail industry, mainly for clothing chains, drugstores, distributors of electronics as well as for food producers and public institutions. The British company can provide nationwide FM services thanks to an extensive service network covering the UK.

At the end of 2022, we were working for over 60 international clients on 25 domestic markets, including in the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Austria and Italy. We have provided services to over 40,000 facilities. This allowed us to gain a wide range of experience. However, we did not have sufficient service resources on the British market to become a significant player in the area of FM services there. For several years, we have been looking for a reliable partner who, using our experience, international customer base and a developed service model, would strengthen Sescom’s position on the local market. The acquisition of PCB will significantly expand the group of Sescom’s customers in the UK, and thanks to a productive synergy, will lead to a significant growth of our group on the international market Sławomir Halbryt, president of Sescom SA, explains.

The Management Board of Sescom sees opportunities for further development of the TFM (Technical Facility Management) services in many European markets. Under the Partnerships and Acquisitions Program and the Organic Growth Operational Programme, Sescom plans to double the number of foreign clients and become the first-choice TFM supplier for international retail chains.
