The beginning of spring is the high season for inspections of HVAC installations – heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Spring system inspections help avoid costly repairs later and ensure system reliability.
– Inspections and optimization of HVAC systems are in the interest of every company equipped with such installations. Intensive operation in the summer leads to faults that can be avoided if service works are carried out in advance. From March to May and in autumn, more than half of the orders we receive include inspections and adjustments to the settings of air-conditioning, ventilation and heating devices – says Sławomir Halbryt, CEO at Sescom SA.
The spring maintenance is also a great opportunity to adjust the software of the system devices to the needs of the facility. Such activities will make the use of HVAC equipment more energy-efficient and assure the devices emit less pollutants.
– Our SES Control system allows you to optimize the operation of heating devices. By auditing facility space and monitoring key factors (temperature, humidity, and the way the facility is used), we can change settings so that the devices work in accordance with the needs of the building and the company. In addition, our technology allows you to avoid unwanted failures thanks to the monitoring of device working time and adjusting the frequency of inspections to actual use. Our analysts and Energy Managers analyze the data on an ongoing basis and perform the necessary actions at a proper moment – adds Sławomir Halbryt, CEO of Sescom SA.
Regulations require employers to run maintenance checks of HVAC equipment. Failure to do so may have a negative impact on the health of employees and result in the imposition of penalties by the relevant authorities. Uncleaned HVAC equipment might pollute the office air and be a source of fungus and bacteria. The ongoing review of the installation is also a benefit for the company – it allows it to avoid failures and optimize the operation of devices. The appropriate frequency of inspections also helps you maintain the system’s demand for electricity at a balanced level.
