When and how did your collaboration with Sescom begin?

In 2021, I was invited to participate in the recruitment process for the position of Sales Manager, responsible for the Sescom Store service. I was intrigued by the company’s vision for dynamic growth and its innovative approach to retail solutions and services. The retail industry was already familiar to me, as I had spent the previous five years working on investments related to retail chains. That’s when I first encountered Sescom in this market.

What convinced you about Sescom, and what keeps you here?

Sescom won me over with its strong market position, experience, and commitment to expanding its services. But what truly motivates me is the collaborative spirit of the team and the daily challenges we tackle together.

How has your scope of responsibilities changed over the years?

Initially, my main focus was on developing client relationships and acquiring new projects. As the department grew, my responsibilities expanded to include strategic aspects and supporting the entire Construction team. Today, my role involves not only negotiations and client acquisition but also active participation in nearly every investment process.

What are you currently working on?

Currently, I’m focused on the business development of the Construction department. This includes acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners, analyzing the market, identifying new opportunities, negotiating cooperation terms, and monitoring project implementation.

What skills are needed for your position?

Analytical and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to organize work effectively. A deep understanding of the retail market, the ability to work under time pressure, and strong teamwork skills are also critical to my daily success.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

What I value most is the collaboration with my team and clients. It allows me to not only utilize my skills but also provide meaningful support. I’m always fascinated by the tangible impact our work has on the environment. Every project and new client brings fresh challenges that help me grow professionally and learn something new.

What did you do before working at Sescom?

Before joining Sescom, I worked for companies specializing in designing and delivering lighting solutions for the retail market. I managed investment projects and negotiated with key clients, working on both new developments and the modernization of existing facilities.

How would you describe your personality in a few words?

A trusted companion on life’s journey 🙂

How was the past year for you?

The past year brought a great sense of satisfaction. Despite the changes in the department just before the year began and the need to establish new processes from scratch, no one slowed down. We all put in tremendous effort and dedication to move forward steadily. It was a year full of challenges but also very fruitful. We successfully completed several key projects that will have a significant impact in the future.

What challenges lie ahead for you this year?

This year, my focus is on further developing our presence in the retail market, particularly through large projects and acquiring new clients.

What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?

I try to spend my free time with family and friends. My biggest hobby, though, is my children—it’s a daily adventure into the unknown, where you never know what’s coming next. I also hope to finish a personal project I’ve been putting off due to limited time, but I’ll keep the details to myself for now…
