What can you expect?
During the job interview we perform a comprehensive assessment of the candidate. We attempt to understand their personalities as well as identify their strengths and areas in which they would like to develop. This way, we can decide whether a particular position corresponds to the qualifications and the requirements of the candidate.
The head of the department (supported by a member of the HR department), where the selected candidate will work, is always involved in the recruitment process.
In addition to a conversation, we also use tests and tasks which allow us to define the profile of the candidate and determine how well they match a particular position. An open dialogue and an active exchange of information are also important to us, and therefore during every interview we dedicate a certain amount of time to questions from our candidates.
