Comprehensive Facility Management (FM) contracts combine support for multiple technical disciplines within a single contract (e.g. HVAC, EL, general construction services, fire protection systems, automatic doors and blinds, etc.). In such a contract, inspection work, emergency calls and repairs are carried out in one process. This makes work easier and reduces risk.

The scope of outsourcing varies. Sometimes it is a package of ongoing services for several aspects of the work in a given industry, and sometimes the entire process – from finishing new stores to their maintenance and working within the budget.
